Areaware - Wholesale Products by Local Designers

New York-based company Areaware sells cool, independently-designed products from area designers. It’s just one more great way to distinguish yourself from places like Wal-Mart, Target, and the department stores…I thought this was pretty cool:
I did think this gold retainer necklace was a little weird, though…Of course, I never had a retainer, so who knows if that’s kind of a silly, sentimental thing for some people.
