Work Smarter, Not Harder

If you run a business with employees, you probably know how hard it can be to keep up with the needs of your business AND your employees. They need paychecks, instruction, benefits, rules, and feedback. I’ve worked in businesses both large and small, and I’ve always felt like the owners made employee reviews a very low priority.
Depending on the structure of your business, you might benefit from some kind of performance review software.
